Hey everyone, thanks again for making my site launch a success! It's been one month today since I launched the newly redesigned site, so I decided to show you all some neat statistics:
- Total unique views: 270~ (that's 270 individual people who saw my website in one months' time.)
- 90% of my traffic is from the U.S., but here are some other countries that have visited my site; Canada, China, United Kingdom, Poland, Sweden, Singapore, Switzerland, El Salvador, Thailand, Czech Republic, France, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan , Korea, Moldova, Mexico, Norway and New Zealand. They all average 1 to 2 unique hits.
- Firefox browsers make up 57% of the views to my page, with Internet Explorer at 18%, Google Chrome at 17%, Safari at 2%, Opera at less than 1%, and the rest of the percentages are bots and crawlers.
- Windows XP makes up 50% of the visits, with Vista at 14%. Mac OSX is at 13%, Linux at 2% and Windows 2000 and Windows ME at less than 1% each.
- The most popular screen resoluton is 1280x800 with 27%, followed by 1024x768 with 20%, then 1680x1050 at 18%. The rest of the percentages are made up by about a dozen or so different resolutions.
- The top refferer (the way most people visit my website) is direct bookmark, or typing the URL into the address bar. This makes sense as mostly my friends visit my website. The top website reffers are; MySpace, Facebook, DeviantArt and Twitter.
- 22 unique visits to my site have been over 30+ minutes, according to my tracker. 20 people stayed from 10-30 minutes, 31 stayed from 3-10 minutes.
I think that's the bulk of the relevant data. I was gonna screenshot the map of where everyone's visited from but for some reason it's not showing all of them, maybe they go away after a time. =)
Anyway, thanks again! BTW this was all without paying for any advertising, of course. Just word of mouth and social networking sites.
